Today is the Day...

What a journey to get here...!

So here is the game plan for this nothing less than organized chaotic day...
The movers will be at the shoppe between 2-4 PM with the first load...anyone wanting to come and help with moving things around...come on down!! It will take two trips for the movers...so there will be reprieve in between and I am buying dinner!
We will have pizzas, salad and drinks!

So sorry about the link...that was really weird. I tried so hard to put the blog out before going to the shop for a full day of cleaning and setting up. I couldn't come home to fix it till now.
With that being said...there are A LOT of people wanting to go...the emails came pouring in...so...
if you want to make sure you are going...we will be at the shoppe working from 10-2 PM. You can bring your payment in then. We will go as a group of only 30 so stop by and see us!!

Now for the work crew tomorrow...we will not be moving items in tomorrow. You can still come join us if you want...there are still a few things to do sooo...the plan is for Saturday...and Sunday...& if all goes expected...

Train Trip to San Francisco!!

 Its time to go to San Francisco!!

Our 5th annual train trip to the city...crafter style.   The date has been scheduled for Sunday, the 14th of October. If you have not participated before...you just gotta go! Train, food, beverages, raffles, laughing, and PROJECTS!! Space is limited and the early birds get to go first!

It's Official!!

We are no longer homeless!! Yea!!
I am so becoming  student of 'Everything happens in due time"
With these darn kidney stones laying me horizontal for a few weeks I have had enough time to really rest and get slowly get back on my feet.
I wanted so badly to tell you all where we were going but without an actual lease agreement in my hand...it was pointless. We were in negotiations with three different sites before truly deciding where...
So...with no further adieu...I present...HOME!!

A parking lot with flowers

I like flowers...There is something wonderful about looking out a window and seeing color, texture, beauty and it really boils down to just life...I had really been on quite a quest to find the right location for our shoppe and taking into consideration all the reasons why it was necessary to move. Here are the things you are going to LOVE about our new location...

1. LOTS of parking...

2. LOTS of up front parking

3. LOTS of shaded parking

4. No near fender benders

5. Did I mention the flowers outside the window?

6. What about benches to sit on outside the shoppe?

7. Easy access from the 99 fwy.

8. Less than 2 miles away from our previous location.

9. One of my favorite tea shops within walking distance.

10. We hope to be open in 1week!!!

SO...now comes the fun part...

It's tomorrow...

Well I am on countdown to procedure time!

I have now decided with as much grief as these kidney stones (the twins) have caused me this week...
I am going to wear them around my neck like bear claws...just like my ancestors did! I will wear them proudly as if I have been to battle...
So say a prayer that the Dr can reach them this time and I get to come home with the twins...

SHOPPE NEWS...
We have nailed down the new location for the shoppe! Man I can't wait to tell you! It has such WONDERFUL features... It has TONS of front parking, lots of shade...a huge overhang for those rainy days, benches outside to sit on...super easy access from the freeway and places to eat very close by! This is so exciting...We will begin painting this week and laying floors shortly after...I will be posting the address VERY SOON!
I miss you all very much and can't wait to get back to work! We have so many things to talk about...With fall approaching you know what that means...

In my last blog I mentioned getting together tonight from 5-8 PM at Dos Coyotes while we are working on the new location...
I still can't say anything as to our whereabouts and it is killing me! I am the worst person at keeping secrets!! But I promise...we will be making an announcement very soon.
I miss you all and can't wait to see you. If you have not RSVP to let me know if your coming, please do so...we have quite a group meeting and want to make sure they can accommodate the masses!
